The Horsfall House Care team have supported my mother at home for eight years. She has dementia, mobility and continence issues, all of which have worsened over the period, and she is soon to move into the Nursing home. Throughout the years the team has provided an outstanding service enabling her to remain in her home, as was her strong preference for so many years. They have supported her to a high standard with all aspects of her personal care, food and drink, cleaning and even assisting with her dog. I have had Horsfall House Home Care for a number of years and I am always pleased to have their support. There was a time when I was recently discharged from hospital and could do very little for myself and the Home Care team were wonderful so kind and understanding and always very professional combined with great sensitive care. I still need some help and I look forward to when one of the team visits me. Nowadays there is plenty of laughter as the work is done, I enjoy the energy they bring, like a breath of fresh air.
